Katie Donovan
Katie began her teaching journey in 2019 with barre and group fitness classes, drawn to the joy of movement and the connection it fosters within a group setting. Over time, she developed a deeper interest in yoga, where she was inspired by the integration of breath and mindful movement. When she discovered Pilates, it felt like a natural evolution combining precision, control, and breath in a way that deeply resonated with her.
Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that all movement is valuable, especially when it brings joy. She aims to create an inclusive and encouraging environment where clients feel empowered, challenged, and supported in their practice.
Outside the studio, Katie is often traveling, ideally somewhere warm, pursuing her love of surfing and exploring new places.
